NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the ANNUAL MEETING of the Mosby Mountain Community Association, Inc., will be held on Tuesday, December 7, 2010, from 6:30 to 7:30 pm, at the COVENANT SCHOOL (auditorium), 175 Hickory Street, Charlottesville (located behind the Albemarle County Office Building).

Redfields Comprehensive Plan Amendment scheduled for hearing on November 3

Rocky Moulton, president of the Redfields HOA Board, reports that the Redfields Development Corp has applied for a Comprehensive Plan Amendment.  Approval of this amendment is one of the steps the developer would need to achieve in order to develop the Phase 5 Nature Trail.  A Planning Commission work session on November 30 will cover this application.
