9. Redfields expansion:  discussion and possible action

Redfields survey results:  74 of the 119 households responded (62%); of these, 48 (65% of those responding) were in favor of the Association taking an official position in opposition to the Redfields expansion; 3 (4% of those responding) were in favor of the Association taking an official position in support of the Redfields expansion; 10 (14%) responded that the Association should not take any official position on the expansion; 12 (16%) responded they did not have an opinion on the issue; and one (1%) responded as “other.”

Redfields Comprehensive Plan Amendment scheduled for hearing on November 3

Rocky Moulton, president of the Redfields HOA Board, reports that the Redfields Development Corp has applied for a Comprehensive Plan Amendment.  Approval of this amendment is one of the steps the developer would need to achieve in order to develop the Phase 5 Nature Trail.  A Planning Commission work session on November 30 will cover this application.
